    About our facility

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3;00 PM ~ 6:00 PM
    *If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance.

    Check-out: ~ 10:00 AM
  • Is it possible to use your facility as a day trip?
    I am afraid our facility is currently available only for overnight stays.
  • Do you have Terms & Conditions?
    Yes, we do. Please check them from the link below.
  • What is the capacity?
    Capacity: 2 ~ 5 people
  • Is it possible to change the number of guests and plan?
    Yes. It is possible to change them until 3 days before your stay.
  • How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
    We accept reservations for both the meal-inclusive and Sudomari plans until 6:00 PM on the day before your stay.
    Please contact us about reservations after the deadline.
  • Can minors stay without an adult?
    If minors would like to stay at our facility without a parent, a parental consent form is required, so please download, complete and bring the “Parental Consent Form for Minors Staying Without a Parent.”

  • What are the payment methods?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and QR code payments such as PayPay at our facility.
  • Are there cancellation fees?
    Yes. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made due to personal reasons.
    ・14 days before: 50 %
    ・7 days before: 80 %
    ・On the day / No-show: 100 %

    *If our facility decides to close due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Are there accommodations fees for children?
    Elementary school students: 50 % of the adult rate
    Children under elementary school age:
    With bedding – 50 % of the adult rate
    Without bedding – Free
    Junior high school students and older: Adult rate
  • Is it possible to get to your facility without taking a boat?
    Yes. You can get to our facility by car or public transportation.
    If you use public transportation, we offer a free shuttle service from Hinase Station.
    For details, please check the Access section at the bottom of this page.

    *Advance reservation for the shuttle service is required. For details, please refer to the Q&A section about the service.
  • Do you offer a shuttle service?
    Yes. Our shuttle service is available from Hinase Station, our facility’s nearest station.
    The shuttle times are as follows:

    ・Pick-up (Hinase Station → Our facility)
    1st... 2:55 PM
    2nd... 3:55 PM
    3rd... 4:55 PM
    4th... 5:30 PM

    ・Drop-off (Our facility → Hinase Station)
    1st... 9:00 AM
    2nd... 9:30 AM
    3rd... 10:00 AM

    *Please note that there may be other passengers on the same shuttle.
    *The shuttle reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If a shuttle reaches its capacity, we may ask to take another one at a different time.
    *Due to the limited number of shuttle vehicles, we may ask you to change your preferred shuttle time depending on the number of people in your group.
    *It is approximately a 10-min drive from Hinase Station to our facility.
  • About equipment and amenities

  • What amenities do you have?
    For details, please check “Guest Room Details” on theRoom page.
  • Do you provide tableware?
    Yes. We prepare them for the number of guests.
  • Is it possible to have a BBQ and meal even if it rains?
    Yes. The private BBQ space is an all-weather type.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes. It is available at each tent.
  • Do you have an air conditioner and heater?
    Each tent is equipped with them.
  • Is there a bathroom and restroom?
    Yes. Each building is equipped with a shower room, restroom and washroom.
  • Is the pool heated?
    It is not heated, so it may not available when it is cold. However, the shimmering water creates an extraordinary and relaxing atmosphere for you.
    Please have a luxurious time you can experience only here.
    Additionally, guests staying in a room with a private sauna can use the pool as a cold bath even in winter.
  • Is there a smoking area?
    I am afraid smoking is not allowed inside the tent, BBQ hut, or shared spaces.
    However, there is a designated area for smoking.
  • Since my children are still young, can you push the beds together?
    Yes, we can. We also provide bed pads (to bridge the gap) and bed guards. If you need them, please let us know in the remarks column when making your reservation. Please note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
  • Do you have cribs available for rent?
    We offer baby high-low chairs for rent. If you would like one, please mention it in the remarks column when booking. Please note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
  • About meals

  • Until when can I order meals?
    You can add and change meals until 6:00PM on the day before your stay.
  • I have food allergies. Is it possible to accommodate them?
    It may be difficult to provide a complete elimination diet, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please contact us in advance to discuss them.
  • Is it possible to bring my campfire table and stove?
    I am afraid bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is it possible to order only breakfast?
    Yes, it is.
  • Do you sell food and beverages?
    At the administration building, we sell soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks and instant noodles.
  • Others

  • Is it possible to bring my pets?
    I am afraid we cannot accommodate pets.
  • Can one adult stay with two children?

    Yes. One adult can stay with two or more elementary school children.
    When making a reservation, please enter two elementary school students as one adult.
    In that case, please mention that in the comments section.
  • Is it possible to enjoy fishing?
    You can enjoy fishing at the nearby coast.
  • Is it possible to take a tour of your facility?
    For safety reasons, we ask that only guests staying at our facility enter our facility.
    However, you can take a tour of some part of our facility from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
